The current role being advertised entails the following responsibilities:
- Planning a client’s itinerary,
- Undertake bookings and issuance of tickets and client invoices
- Answer travel enquiries from clients.
- Responding timeously to travel enquires by email and telephone.
- Ensure passenger information is captured correctly in the client profile
- Ensure registration of client frequent flier details and other flight preferences.
- Ensuring clients are offered travel insurance
Requirements
Essential
- Amadeus certificate.
- HND graduate in any discipline.
Desirable
- An interest in the travel industry with the view to building a long term career.
Data-entry Clerk
Job Description

This role entails the following responsibilities:
- Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services,
- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents
- Prepare batches of invoices for data entry
- Prepare manual cheques as and when required
- Maintain updated vendor files and file numbers
Requirements
Essential
- The applicant must be proficient in book keeping, financial reconciliation, including accounts payable and receivables.
- Strong administrative background and advanced computer literacy in excel is also essential.
- HND in Accounting.
- Minimum of (3) three years working experience in Accounts/Finance.
Desirable
- Treasury management experience.
- Experience in product development or selling structured products.
- A few years’ experience in the Ghanaian Tax environment will be an advantage.
Tours Officer

We provide Ticketing and Air Travel services, while also managing our client’s strategic approach to Travel. We also offer exquisitely packaged Tours within and outside the Country. This role entails the following responsibilities:
- Researching into potential tourist attractions
- Drawing up of tour itineraries for tours assigned
- Implementation of Tours within the approved budget, ensuring its effectiveness and providing quality feed back to the Head of Tours
- Accounting for Tours and preparation of Performance Statements in respect of Tours handled at most three days after the tour
- To promote and market both local and overseas tours
- Targeting high value clients i.e., successful local businessmen and women and high-ranking expatriates
- To plan and evaluate tour activities
- To give induction training to new staff who might be recruited into the Tours Department as and when the need arises
- To ensure that all-statutory requirements for Tourism are strictly observed and implemented
Requirements
Essential
- Must possess a Transport and/or Logistics diploma or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant post qualification experience in the Transport and Logistics industry.
- Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable
- A HND qualification in Automobile Engineering will be an added advantage.
- Strong administrative background is also essential.
